Our approach
Our work is grounded not only in our professional expertise, but in a shared commitment to feminism, community, and collective care. We believe that meaningful progress is rooted in empathy and sustained by connection. This collective was born from the recognition that diverse perspectives—when held in trust and collaboration—can transform systems.
Diversity of experiences
Our collective expertise spans across the public, non-profit and private sectors at the national and international level. We have deep experience in assessing policies and programs; preventing and addressing gender-based violence; health equity and access; decentralized models of care; multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement; impact reporting; and quality improvement. We are practitioners who lead, and leaders who build—guided by feminist principles, our multicultural & multilingual backgrounds, and a relentless belief in participatory, intersectional approaches to change.
